We stayed for the Final Four and Championship NIT tournament and it the perfect location between downtown/airport and Hinkle Fieldhouse (Butler University). Highly recommend if you are visiting the Indianapolis area!”

“The location was perfect. Lots of restaurants nearby, super clean area and fun atmosphere. The actual unit was a bit tired especially compared to the rental pictures. The couch and bath towels are very worn and the unit could use a deep clean ( cobwebs and paint touch up). There was not enough seating for four comfortably because there was not a second chair our a dinette set, luckily we were out exploring most of the time. The city was very easy to get around and we loved having a home base...

“We stayed the wknd for a cheer competition at the convention center. We got around easily on the Bird/Lime scooters. Also very prompt Lyft/Uber, wait less than 5 minutes. Apartment is very clean. Bathrooms are large and recently upgraded (appreciate that)! Also, washer/dryer was a bonus. CVS right across the street and a lovely brunch restaurant called Yolk, each a 2 minute walk. The 302 Alabama St was not a good location for GPS. I found putting in Delaware and Louisiana st got me much closer...

“Our stay was great. Check-in instructions are detailed so pay attention when arriving. You can hear traffic outside, but it didn’t bother us at all. Quick Uber rides to busier downtown area. Host was very responsive with any questions we had. Property looks exactly like photos.”

“Was in town for baseball tournament with 85 year old mother! The place was very clean and comfortable! The area was alittle sketchy! I rented for 5 nights and left after 2 with it being 2 woman 60+ we were nervous there!”

“Stayed for the work truck show this year in downtown Indianapolis, opted to stay at this property because of it being walkable. Aside from a minor hiccup initially when picking up my key, I have no complaints. Everything was perfect”

“This was very close to the convention center downtown. Beds were nice.”

“Rooms are OK, quite large and nice beds. After five or so years the American build quality starts showing. One need to be aware of what direction the room is facing, if it’s north then the railroad will be keeping the light sleeper awake. Hotel breakfast room currently feeling a bit tired, but depends on what time you get there. They do have some decent art on the walls though. ”

“Good location (right next to the Monon Trail, close to the Jazz Kitchen, and just south of Broad Ripple). However, there was rotting garbage lying in the driveway beside the entrance to the "tiny house." The roof of the sleeping bunk was so low on one side that two people could not sleep in the bed (and the pullout couch was not comfortable). The lock code supplied failed to indicate the need to add "#" at the end of the code(though the owners responded quickly to my request for clarification)....
