First off, you would think a hotel with “Marriott” in the title would be of much higher quality and standards but I was Very disappointed. From the moment we walked into the hotel, I noticed and inquired about the “restaurant/bar” right inside the lobby and was told that was the only one on site and was only open a few hours a day, with a very small breakfast menu only.
Our room: The refrigerator, if you could call it that, was like a box. The smallest one I’ve ever seen! And automatically shut off after a few hours, spoiling my OJ. No room for Any take out containers! The outlets on the side table, between the beds, did not work, so we had to recharge our phones across the room. The shower had no mat so I had to buy one at Target so I didn’t slip and fall in the tub. The bathroom sink had no water pressure. The remote for the tv didn’t work correctly, even after they came up to replace the batteries, And lastly, a couple of days into our week long stay, as we were leaving, I asked a housekeeper, that was cleaning the room next to ours, to service our room and she agreed. We came back that evening to find nothing done! I had to go to the front desk to request more coffee packets.
The people at the front desk were very nice, knowledgeable and helpful though.
