“Mother’s Day weekend for a family of 4. From start to finish, the stay was amazing. The check-in was so simple. The room was exactly how the photos showed. It was clean and roomy. The beach is a very short walk away. Even though the pool was not officially open yet, it looked wonderful. We have already decided that we will be coming back in the summer.”

“This adorable, cozy cottage was perfect for our family getaway to Montauk. We have tried various rentals and hotels each summer and Robert’s cottage was by far our favorite. It fit our family of 5 perfectly, with enough room that we didn’t feel on top of each other. The decor was light and airy and just what we were hoping to find. From the awesome location, just a walk to the ocean, to the indoor pool and back up to a comfortable stay, our entire family agree that we can’t wait to return!...

“Beds were soft and comfortable. Kitchen well equipped. We loved to have a private beach and the pool. We enjoyed playing ping pong. The only problem they gave us the wrong apartment the first day. What was shown on Expedia (two Queen beds) it wasn't the same of what they gave us there (1 Queen bed and 1 Queen sofa bed). But after talking with the manager, they gave us a solution, but we had to wait until the following day to be switched to the right place. ”

“Trvis and Alice are great host and the property was a great place to stay close to the beach and downtown Sag Harbor.”

“This place was perfect! The two bedroom one bath allowed for me to stay close to town and visit my godchildren. The second bedroom was perfect for a little sleepover with them. It felt like an artist loft with the most beautiful outside area. The pool and the hydrangeas made every cup of coffee in the morning more delicious. Plus it had everything we would need to go to the beach. I can’t wait to come back!”

“Mark’s house is fabulous! We are a multi-generation family with 6 adults and 5 small children. Mark is an incredibly, responsive host. When we had any questions, Mark responded immediately. The house is absolutely beautiful and spacious. The heated pool was great and the kids had a blast! Mark thought of everything for the kids including kids’ table, toys, pool toys, booster seats, and cribs. Bedrooms are big with comfortable beds and many bathrooms with towels provided. The beach is close by...
