I had an issue with the bed the first night and they happily changed my room the next morning. On the second day, I requested help very early in the morning with extremely heavy bags getting on the shuttle bus. The valet serviceman came to my room at 4:30 in the morning, took my bags down to the shuttle and watched over them until the shuttle. He then loaded the bags on the shuttle without...

“Overall stay was pretty good. Clean, quiet rooms. Very aligned with what we expected. Staff were friendly. Open, spacious lobby good for getting work done. Breakfast was pretty good, too, although a little expensive, especially for a cup of coffee. Cons included that one of the elevators was broken during our entire stay. And the rooms are somewhat dated.”
