“Very dirty suite room, hair in shower, cracked sink in bathroom, broken molding in bathroom, broken toilet seat. Very poor service at front desk. This hotel is very out-dated and needs a major renovation, would never recommend this hotel. ”

“Breakfast is fine, but staff are rude in the breakfast dining room, staring at us, even yelled at us to clean up table which was not sat by us, that table was not cleaned when we came in. No idea why the staff thought us leaving trash. Obviously he did not check dining room often.”

“Our room was not ready and they told us we not get the room we reserved (two queen beds) and that the could give us a king. We had 4 people on our reservation. And the man at the check in desk was very rude. We were there for a concert and expressed concern about making it on time for the show and his response was “are you performing?”- he was very rude while I was being clam and trying to be understanding. “I really LOVE this hotel. I stay here all the time. So much so that even though I was sad my reservation had to be amended due to the hotel being overbooked nobody can ever make me not want to stay here. They booked me a room across the way and although I wasn’t happy they definitely made it right. Everybody is so welcoming and friendly, the rooms are a home away from home and the bar @Grillfire?! BOMB! I give this hotel 10000 stars. Now don’t yall come booking up all the rooms cause I need mine...
