“Prior to the stay there was a discussion about a refund related to checking out three days early due to a scheduling conflict with my kids. I contacted both the host and VRBO more than a week before our scheduled check-in on December 29. Was told it was approved. Host charged us for the entire stay. The apartment manager was incredibly helpful before check in and quick to respond to concerns or questions. The large windows and views are lovely.
