“great location, right by the train station that goes to the nfl stadium. the front desk staff were friendly and welcoming. they have snacks and drinks at the front that are complimentary. the room is small but the perfect size. room includes a full size fridge, stove top, microwave. the room was modern and clean. you have to take out the trash on your own but it was fine because it is a big garbage bin. ”

“Very easy check in, added parking to my stay and it was a breeze. The place was well kept, clean. Everything worked like the freezer, stove, washer/dryer. I stayed for business so I used a lot of the home equipment. The property was easy to get a hold of by text or call. I overall highly recommend! ”

“I love the concept of Eric's Retreat! The property manager was very helpful and was relatively quick to respond. The only issue I had was the smell of our room. It smelled like overripe oranges and was cloying. I also found a reddish brown tadpole bug in the bathroom. When I alerted the management about it, they said they would be on the look out as they cleaned the room. The bed was very comfortable. This was very close to many places we wanted to go to in this area. ”

“Staff were nice. Overall, the hotel was not clean. Booked it for 2 days and stayed for 1 1/2 hour and checked out. Floor, walls, sofa, bathroom, and bedroom were all dirty and looked nothing like the pictures posted. Please update the pictures because that’s false advertisement! Will not be returning. ”

“The staff was not present and there was no bell to announce your presence as a customer. Eventually he appeared and gave me a key. The place smelt of smoke. The room was nice and quaint and even had a stove. But later after inspection there was no remote + no hand soap. We had to get those at the front desk. Other than that the stay was fine. Except in the early morning I was picking up the room ready to check out and there was a WORM on one of the hotel towels. The breakfast was fine, but when...
