“The property is closing for renovations at the end of the season. I understood this when booking the property so I expected some issues. It was a bit dilapidated but you do not renovate a perfect property. Therefore I have NO complaints. The view was awesome. The staff was fabulous (esp. Doreen in reservations and Willis at the front desk). I hope to visit again once renovations are completed.”

“Loved this place! Will definitely stay again. Great location, the view of the lake was amazing from our room and balcony. Everything was so clean, and it was just a perfect stay. Bed was comfortable, the shower was good. Only suggestion, and not a complaint.. maybe safety rails in the shower for those of us who need a little help with balance.”

“This was an excellent stay! It was a surprising little hideaway in what I consider to be a remote place. It’s not The Four Seasons, but it is clean, safe, quiet, offering all of the things that one needs for a comfortable stay. The only thing in the room that didn’t work was the actual phone, which, if you have a cell phone, is really not a deal at all. Pretty comfortable bed, nice spacious bathroom, ample parking, and wonderful staff! Bob was so great and very helpful! And, I was so very happy...

“The water ran at a trickle in the bathroom sink. The breakfast was the worst offering in my travels probably ever. For what the room charges were I felt i paid for a Hilton and received a Motel 6.”
