Resorter i Central New York State

“They are doing construction, which begins at 6am! At a casino! Most people have only been asleep for a few hours at that time. I work for a hotel and we would never do any renovations or new building before 9am, and we are definitely not a late night spot like Turning Stone. The least they could have done was to let me know at checkin that there will be big trucks revving and backing up (with the corresponding beeping noise) and dudes on the roof right outside yelling down to the ground below....

“There were activities for all ages, especially kids which was a great plus. The resort is a bit secluded and we wish there could have been more options for eating. We placed a room delivery order from one of the on site restaurants which did not arrive for more than 90 minutes. I had to go pick it up and the food was cold by then. They were nice enough to give few add ons for free. The resort was may be 25 % occupied and they could have given us a better room, but they gave us a room which was...
