“Warm comfortable bed and room on a cold Armidale night after a long drive. There was wonderful fire burning downstairs which radiated warmth throughout the guesthouse. A sunroom provided some lovely afternoon sun on arrival. Easy walk into town for an evening meal. Attention to the little details made this guesthouse a great experience.”

“Snyggt och praktiskt inrett. Bra läge för genomresa. ”

“I enjoyed my stay as always. Thank you.”

“Only overnight, but well maintained and get service and communication from staff”

“Everything was tidy and spotless, but there was a smell in the room and although sheets were crisp and everything looked "clean" the smell alone made it feel unhygienic. I can't put my finger on what the smell was though. The TV in the bedroom also wouldn't connect to the WiFi so we only had a few free to air channels to watch in that room, while the lounge room TV was working fine. The restaurant and bar were convenient. Some dishes weren't great but it was a cosy atmosphere.”

“Well situated to shopping and restaurants.”

“Good motel for my overnight stay. Lovely greeting. Shower was good, linen was excellent. Close to sightseeing places in Armidale and many restaurants.”

“The motel recently renovated into a luxurious motel to stay in Armidale, the staff friendly and the motel rooms and amenities five star.”

“Pros: Good central location for a short stay. The breakfast is basic but good.- cereal and toast, tea , coffee and juice. It was good to have a restaurant onsite for dinner so we didn’t need to venture out. Cons: The shower/bath combo is very slippery and needs to be resealed to stop someone falling. Also, there is no exhaust fan in the bathroom and it makes getting ready really slow as the mirrors fog up etc.”

“Amazing and friendly staff and tidy room, maybe a bit let down by the breakfast with only cereal and toast but over all pretty good.”

“Do not stay here. We had stayed here in the past and thought it was good value for money, so we didn't even think twice about booking it for our trip to Armidale this time. Big mistake!! Obviously now under new management. The place is absolutely filthy. We arrived at 5.30pm, reception was open, heater was on. No sign of receptionist. After waiting around 5mins, called the after hours number. The guy told me our room was open and the key was in our room. I had to ask which room. Never asked our...

“Väldigt slitet rum, och hög volym från trafiken. Var på genom resa så stannade en natt. Helt ok sängar dock. ”

“Great place to stay”
