Pensionat i Central Valley

“A great place to stay in a great location if you want to avoid hotels. This is a private, detached studio in a beautiful, very quiet neighborhood, not far from several connected walking trails (River Park) and major shopping, restaurants and medical facilities. Carlos was very easy to communicate with. Excellent internet and climate control. It was lovely to have a driveway to park in although street parking is also abundant. There were amenities for purchase available in the room and while I...

“Everything was wonderful! The host had great communication and everything went smoothly. Any questions we had she was quick to answer. The hot tub and pool were clean and we enjoyed using both. Would highly recommend!!”

“We enjoyed our stay and was very comfortable and clean.”

“The studio was immaculate and the couch and bed were very comfortable to sit on and sleep on The air conditioning was great as was the staff and parking I will be back again and I highly recommend staying here”

“The Harbinson House was a great place to stay for going to a show at Ace of Spades. It is in a beautiful historic neighborhood and the place itself is a quirky historic home. I was able to walk back and forth from the venue while looking at the amazing architecture of the houses. My room had an Alice In Wonderland theme with a functioning Victorola which was really cool. There is a shared bathroom with one other room, but it was really clean and not an issue. Late check-in and early check-out is...

“I was looking for a quiet place to stay near many different outdoor adventure destinations, and found it here. My host provided helpful instructions to prepare me for my stay, and the guide book in the guest house had valuable information on local area attractions.”

“I wanted to use this property to take some photos of my employees, and it did not disappoint!! Beautiful little yard with a nice enclosed patio area and hot tub. Inside the guest suite was very clean and cozy. Would absolutely come back & recommend to others. ”

“No spa. Pet friendly. ”

“This was truly a home away from home. Everything we needed was here, a full size refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, toaster oven, full size kitchen sink and bathroom! I was worried about the heat Chico is known for but the living and bedroom areas were both very cool and comfortable. I definitely recommend this perfect rental.”

“We had a reunion to go to in Orland, California. And we had friends that were in Chico. So the location was perfect. The room was perfect and we had a great time.”

“Pros:• Great location. I walked around downtown, and frequented Lower Park. It's a lovely neighborhood with wide streets and tons of trees.• The fan in the living space and the shade around the bungalow kept the temp really manageable without having to blast AC on the 92 days I was here. • It's comfortable and cute inside. Great for my solo lounging activities. The theme/decor is fun and adds dimension, and I appreciate the various spaces to put stuff (shelf, trunk, dresser, etc), and room to...
