“Great manager, she is kind, knowledgeable, funny, and easy to reach. The place was clean and good location. Great for those on a budget not needing every amenity. If driving, back into parking lot. Grill currently not available due to building of an outside sitting area. Not sure you can walk to marina in 20 minutes, nor would I given the hill, but you definitely cannot walk to the park. Don’t think this error in landmarks is the fault of Tico Tico though, but the reason for my 3 stars on...

“Great place with a great view and great location close to Restaurants and Manuel Antonio national park. Would recommend getting a 4x4 as the driveway is a little steep but other than that the place is amazing !”

“Mycket bra och stor lägenhet i ett trevligt "guarded" område. Själva staden Jaco är inte speciellt mysig eller intressant, men låg nära San Jose, naturområden och andra fina ställen så det var en praktisk start på vår resa.”
