“Do yourself a favor and book a room here! The owners of the hotel are lovely, caring an excellent at communicating. The hotel is very clean and it feels like they anticipated every guests need. The breakfast is delicious They even went out and got almond milk just for me so I could have it with my coffee. It’s a little things like that that make you feel cared for. A really nice feeling when you are far away from home. I can’t recommend staying here enough.”

“Ups: Beautiful, old buildings with murals surrounded by all kinds of flowers and trees. The place feels very secure. Great breakfast with fresh fruit, eggs, gallo pinto, bread etc. Downs: They were supposed to provide kitchenware but it was not enough to actually cook for a family. Our room was neglected and the shower was not a pleasure to use. The pool was super cold and a lot smaller than it looks in the pictures but they do have a jacuzzi that was great!”

“This was a great choice for me and my family. We had a great stay. The staff was nice but they could have been more warm and friendly. The rooms themselves were clean and maintained well. I like that it was like an apartment (it had a fridge, microwave, stove top, sink, and plates/cups). The breakfast was good. The location was great for us because we were able to walk to the mall that's nearby and it was a short drive to downtown San Jose.”
