“My daughter and I stayed at this adorable cottage for my sister’s birthday party in Sylacauga. The owners were easy to reach and eager to accommodate. The property was clean, easy to find, and on a very peaceful part of Lay Lake. We enjoyed our visit and recommend this rental property. ”

The safety and cleanliness issues need no explanation if you look at the photos. This place was gross, smelly, and unsafe. “Beautiful, peaceful property. Convenient and beautiful drive to city conveniences. Adequately equipped kitchen, fantastic communication with host. Beds were a bit hard, but that’s definitely a personal preference thing!:) Will stay again if we’re in the area! The cat was a wonderful bonus!!”

“The thermostat did not allow us to drop temp lower than 74 degrees. We finally had the owner unlock the thermostat so we could drop it lower. We were unable to take a hot shower since tho hot water in the shower was broken. They did not have other basic essentials that most other places we stayed have. ”
