“The property was very clean and had many useful amenities. The host provided everything we needed such as laundry detergent, extra towels, etc. without an issue. The property is in a prime location and being able to walk out the front door and be able to be right in the middle of all the restaurants, shops, and bars was such a huge plus to this trip. I would 100% stay here again next time I'm in Austin, TX.”

“Not as advertised. Pool closed. Apartment had broken furniture, including the desk office chair, that my 5 year old sat in the night we arrived that literally fell over because multiple feet were bent.. Apartment is right next to trash room. Hallway smelled of narcotics and apartment had strong cleaning chemical smell. Cheap pack and play, no crib as advertised. Couch full of stains. Unit was dirty upon arrival. including someone elses hair in one of the showers. Oven still had old food...

“Rooms were dirty…we had to be moved after we seen our first room. The air didn’t work, tv remote didn’t work and room was filthy. We were then told the only available room was a queen suite with fold out couch. We went to look at it and it was dirty. The desk clerk then said he had one king suite he was saving to sell but gave it to us anyway. The bedding we had for the fold out couch had huge holes throughout the comforter. When we asked for a new blanket, we were given a mattress pad because...
