“Mostly great but not friendly for short people. A stool or step ladder would help. Lower the bathroom mirror. With the steps, it is not friendly for someone with a walker. The host was responsive and helpful. Very clean. The back porch with a table was nice when in the shade. Sweetener and creamer for the coffee would be nice.”

“It was fairly small. I had to utilize the laundry room to put my luggage in. Also it was difficult to figure out how to work the TV,All in all, it was a cute place to accommodate 1 adult and 1 child.”

“The owners didn’t communicate check in details so we tried for a couple hours to reach them. Since VRBO didn’t have them either, they were zero help! The owner ended up calling and apologized for the inconvenience. Things happen so no harm done. The place was nice and just as described. Other than the check in snag, everything else was nice. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend- just make sure day before arrival you get door code! Great location.”

“We enjoyed our stay at the purple hobbit house! Property is clean and easy to access. You really don’t notice the guests in the blue house unless you happen to be coming and going at the same time. 20 minutes to surrounding hikes and one hour easy drive to the Sand Dunes. Rented boards at the shop right outside of entry to dunes. Locals are friendly and restaurants good, just pay attention to the hours.We did not use the sauna, we did use the hot tub daily! We attempted the propane fire pit one...
