“We were in town to visit relatives and needed some spare bedrooms and bathrooms so this house fit the need. Only disappointment was the outside grounds seemed unkept (grass was tall, full garbage collection bins left in driveway interfering with being able to park our cars. We managed but it would have been nice”

Loved the fire pit in the wonderful large yard and this location has easy access to restaurants, businesses and the interstate. I most definitely would stay there again if in the area. ”

There were a couple of things we found that needed to be updated from the current listing. The most important is that the stairs down to the basement are now located within the main house. “Very nice and clean. Kitchen fully equipped. Nice bedrooms. Only draw back NO televisions are in the bedrooms. I am a tv addict I have to have a tv in my bedroom. If tv’s were in the bedrooms this would be a 10++ rating. But seriously other than that everything is as exactly as stated in advertising and in person. I have an event in Champaign in July I am seriously considering renting this one again but again seriously the tv issue would be the only thing that would stop me.”
