“Bring earplugs &/or white noise. You’re sharing a home with the hosts, so sounds from their living area leak past interior doors. Kudos to them for being willing to share an attached dwelling with strangers — I don’t think I could! Other things to be aware of: You may be charged $25 extra if unable to check in at the appointed time. The short access road is bumpy, dusty gravel. Otherwise, all routes are paved. Room was very clean and nicely appointed. It was nice to meet their dogs and cats...

“Summary of this amazing property... it is located in the Wawona district of Yosemite National Park. It is a comfortable cabin... it has a fenced yard for pets... it has a hot tub... it is located in a private area with neighbors but seems private... it is next to a small running stream that is so peaceful to listen to... beds are comfortable... kitchen is adequately stocked... all of this in Yosemite National Park. A wonderful one of a kind place. Loved it. ”

“This house was conveniently located to Yosemite (1-1.5 hrs depending) and only a couple hours from Sequoia National Park and King's Canyon. The town of Oakhurst was close enough for restaurants and groceries and gas for the car. The house was pleasant enough, but could use some TLC. The back patio and hot tub were nice for relaxing each evening after spending the day in the park. Communication with the host was good and timely.”

“Check-in process is super easy. They have every everything which your home doesn’t have. Full kitchen including species. Don’t forget to explore every cabinet. You will find everything. We stayed for two night while visiting Yosemite national park. Clean house, comfortable beds. In house laundry. No other distractions . Overall 11 out of 10”

“The house is nice and open and suited our family’s needs. The hot tub wasn’t really usable as it had algae in it. Not a big deal, but the kitchen could use some baking pans/pyrex, etc. We baked pasta in a grill pan. The biggest issue was communication with the hosts, which largely seems to be automated responses. Prior to booking, I asked for an hour late check out and was approved. The booking never reflected that, and after receiving a couple of automated responses to confirm a noon checkout,...

“Overall, we had a pleasant stay, and I would rate this property 7/10. The home is spacious, and the kitchen is large enough for a group to gather, cook, and enjoy meals together. The master bedroom and the second bedroom with the queen bed were comfortable, and the master bathroom has a very large shower that was wonderful to use.
