“House was exactly what we needed at a great price. Clean and comfortable!”

“Overall this house was great for our family to celebrate our college graduate. The space was great for all of us, great back yard and the down stairs area was fabulous. Some things that we noticed that might make the next rental better. There was a lack of staple items in kitchen, ie measuring cups/spoons, wine opener, cutting board and more pots/pans(I had to borrow some pots and pans).There were a couple of things that needed to be addressed. I mentioned one of these items to the host but...

“Our stay at this property was solid. Interior is nice and accommodating. We would stay here again in the future. The house isn't necessarily "spacious" but it did suit our needs. The backyard space was a bonus and several of our party spent a good amount of time hanging out there. Ultimately no bad surprises. The overall neighborhood isn't a great area, so that is something to be mindful of depending on the details of your party. Check-in and check-out were superb with no issues. ...

“The house is located in an ideal location to get to the college. We loved the house it has a very cool original 70's vibe, very well kept up. Lots of space for everyone, comfortable, big bedrooms , very comfy beds. There is a beautiful glassed in sunroom which made socializing very nice. ”

“The house is super cute, well done decorating and central to Wichita. Everything was spotless and there is all the appliances that you would need for a stay. Bed is super comfortable and attached to the bathroom for convenience. Owner was very responsive and I would definitely stay here again.”
