“Paid close to 1k for the week. Then come check in, surprise! Pay another $400 for parking and amenities. What do i say? NO? I'm on an island i dont have a choice.”

“100% a budget stay. Directly next to public housing. The room was very musty. Thin walls. No phone service and weak Wi-Fi that didn't work every night. Roosters will crow right outside your door at any time day or night. And my floor had gross brown spots that looked like chocolate or poop.”

“Room was absolutely clean and gorgeous. Bigger than we expected. It was clean and accessible to pool. Concierge was very responsive and helpful. Only callout is they provided only 2 sets of mini toiletries and our family stayed for almost a week. ”

“Amazing resort. Welcoming staff. Lots of activities. Clean rooms and property. Comfortable beds. Stocked kitchen. Huge bathrooms with lots of counter space. The balcony was our favorite space - dining table and four chairs, two comfortable chairs with table and a lounge couch….but the view was the winner…ocean, island of Lanai, whale watching, mountains, plus gorgeous views of the pools and grounds. We loved the poolside bar and grill and had many meals poolside.”

“We liked the property. The condo itself was very nice and we were pleased with everything except for the air conditioning. It wouldn’t cool the entire space. The evenings were quite hot and we were required to keep the small window unit on 74 at all times which we did. We had no idea where to drop the trash, and very little info on how to exit. Had a hard time finding the laundry rooms and had to get help on how to pay, plus we were yelled at for accidentally moving our chairs across the...

“Excellent beautiful place/location. Front desk needs help. Over hour to check in, no apologies and no one in front of us. Just sat behind their computers??? What was happening? No communication was. Got mail I was expecting, no call, email or msg to room. I pressed on check out and they found it. Front desk help needed”

“Room was clean and comfortable. Bed was comfortable and television worked. Everything was good. I didn't hear my neighbors. There is a shared lounge area where you can eat or sit and relax. Lots of snacks provided. Beach chairs, beach mat and beach towels were available. ”
