“This was perfect for our trip from out of state to catch a football game. It was a great price and there was more than enough room for our group of 4. Only knock was a few cockroaches we came across, but only two really isn’t a deal breaker. The rest of the house was clean and ready for our stay ”

“What an amazing home! Arrival was very smooth and the house was easy to find! The interior of the home was so clean and smelled great upon arrival! There were plenty of extra towels and a lot of extra amenities like blow dryers and steamers! Love Love Love the outdoor options like the paddle boat and kayak! My dog loved jumping off the dock and swimming! The only thing I will say about the water is it would be hard to swim by the dock because there is a lot of stumps around but other than that a...

“We walked out on the porch a couple of times and deer were standing right there on the property! Close enough to Whynot Motorsports Park, and all the conveniences, we booked our next stay before we left! ”

“Good, safe location with nice neighbors. House is exactly as described - 2BR, 1BA with a nice carport for parking in the back. Communications and check-in/out were very easy with the owner. The mattresses were comfortable, WiFi was plenty strong, and A/C was able to keep up on some very hot summer days and nights. Overall a good value and I would stay here again if in the area.”

“This home was so lovely! It has everything you need and more! No need to go anywhere else! Swimming pool, steam shower, jetted tub, 90 inch TV. My family and I stayed here while our home was being renovated. We got so much more in this home than we expected it was definitely a staycation away from home! To top it off.., the owner was readily available to answer any questions I needed. Never waited longer than 5 minutes for a response! I would recommend to everyone! You won’t be disappointed!”

“My friends and I came into town for a Mississippi State football game and this property was exactly what we were looking for. Great shared spaces to hang out, enough bedrooms for everyone to have their own space, and walking distance to both the main bar street and the stadium. The neighborhood is definitely in the process of revitalization but we had no issues walking through it at all times of day and the neighbors were very friendly, even to opposing fans. Would definitely recommend this...
