“The home was exactly as described on the site. The location was excellent—very convenient for walking to downtown and the theater. It was unusually cold during our stay, and there was a noticeable draft from the large window by the table. Additionally, the bedroom’s back door only had sheer curtains, which did not provide much privacy. We would definitely stay again.”

The only downside was the set of stairs leading to the third bedroom, but I took that room and navigated them carefully. The room upstairs was nice, once you got past the stairs. "The lodge is nice and charming. Pool areas good and water clean. The rooms are dated, but ours was clean and good. The bar and restaurants are okay. I guess the staff is Midwest nice, but maybe a little bit lazy. I don’t get the feeling anyone would go the extra mile to make my stay better. But with the price tag it’s good value for money, I would go back."
