The staff was fantastic, the room was clean and comfortable and was modern but still had small town New England charm. The staff could not have been nicer and even upgraded us to a larger room that was a better fit for our family. The breakfast they have is one of th best hotel breakfasts I’ve ever had. Definitely coming back again!”

“I stayed at the New London Inn for two nights while my daughter was on a college visit. I had a wonderful visit at the Inn. The service was fantastic. I had a very late check in planned for after the staff was gone for the evening (11:30 pm). General manager happened to have stayed late and saw me in the parking lot. “We arrived and were welcomed right away. The stay was nice we were there for a wedding and had no trouble getting back in late. Nice Breakfast in the morning. Would absolutely recommend”

“Room and facility was great. But the lack of a staff member at night resulted in kids playing in the halls and making a lot of noise. No parents around to keep things quite and this disturbed guests. The hotel should ensure the kids use the rec rooms, not hallways. ”
