“Very clean and spacious room. Bed was a goodness firmness with lots of fluffy pillows. Plenty of hot water and good water pressure. Loved the absorbent towels too. The grounds are well-maintained and open. Quiet was greatly appreciated. Kelly, our host, was very friendly and kind. Really appreciated her assistance. Breakfast is adequate for our needs and the coffee is delightful, especially in this cool weather. ”

This is the second year in a row that I stayed at the Franconia Notch Motel and the reason I returned was because I was so happy with my stay last year. It is conveniently located near many area attractions. I will stay here again when I am in the area.”

“A great place to visit for a family in the summer. It’s right on the lake, they have paddelboards, canoes, kayaks, fishinggear free to use. There is a nice lawn with lots of garden games, sunbeds, barbecues, firepits and more. Our room was a bit small for three people and the table only had two chairs. But it worked fine for one nigit. The room was freezing cold when We got there but it warmed up quickly as we turned the heater on, but the bathroom never got warm. ”
