“We stayed at Newport Motel for one night, and everything was excellent. Patrick was extremely helpful, providing great recommendations on places to eat and attractions to visit. His advice made our stay even more enjoyable. The room was clean and comfortable, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Newport Motel to others.”

“The place didn't look dirty but had an unpleasant odor. We had a room on 2nd floor,there is no elevator or even the wheeled carts to bring in your things. We have a child in a wheelchair they said we could have handicap room on 1st floor for extra 30. We already paid but didn't want to carry everything up stairs so paid the extra. The pool was freezing and there was no bathtub or railings by commode in their handicap room. We go so the kids can swim, but pool is not heated. Breakfast”

“This was a great stay for a single traveler, it was clean, and quiet. No issues with my room. Everything was clean and everything worked as expected. Perfect for a peaceful retreat to just relax. Will definitely come back. Atmosphere is very friendly and inviting. Thank you!!”

“The room was not worth the asking price. The door had clearly been broken into before and was "repaired" with some kind of white glue/paste. There were holes in some of the walls as well as rips and stains on the bedding amd scratches all over the desk in the room. The toilet was held in place with wooden shims and the bathroom fan sounded like a jet engine when turned on, which was anytime you wanted light in the bathroom. Around midnight gunshots where fired outside of the section we were in....
