“I could not access the check-in information on my phone. We made repeated calls to the "Host", which was an answering machine after 5:00. We left a message several times and was never contacted with instructions. After 1-1/2 hours of sitting around waiting, I finally called VRBO help desk and they were able to retrieve our check-in information and relay it to us so we could finally get in to the unit. I should have called them immediately! (Now I know!!) Apparently, the information does not come...

“I have used Vrbo multiple times and have never had a bad experience so this was a first. I never received info about check in from host and had to call customer service upon arrival to get in. The agent did a good job and apologized but I still don’t understand why I didn’t receive info through website or get a reply to my inquiries.
