“Front desk took 20 minutes to check me in. I was the only guest checking in , it was 4am. The next day the front desk was bothered that I kept asking for help with my room keys. They weren’t working and I complained after going twice to the desk … the girl at the front desk made an annoyed face at me . I should have made the face … my keys didn’t work … twice !”

“The breakfast was not good. Everything was cold and no coffee the first day. The second day I decided to just have some fruit and a pastry for my wife but no plates . Small sample size I know but I was ask for a review so there it is. The staff was really good. Very helpful and pleasant every interaction I had with them .”

“Först så får man direkt en örfil av lukten vid ingången/lobbyn av chem. Sedan fick vi bära upp vårt bagage pga ingen hiss på övervåningen där vi hade vårt rum. Hotellet är klädd i smutsig heltäckningsmatta. Det är människor som bankar på varandras dörrar på nedervåningen och vi fick en otrygg känsla. Vårt rum luktade super mycket rök. Men tjejen som även verkar bo där med hennes familj bakom receptionen var jätte trevlig och gav oss ett nytt rum och bad om ursäkt samt tackade för feedback. Andra...
