“This is a great hotel. I’ve been staying at a whole bunch of different hotels over the past year and this is absolutely one of the best when it comes to service, room (I love the concrete floor in the room) and pool area. Tip: avoid the Cartel coffee shop. At 10.30 on a Saturday they were already out of yoghurt, croissants etc. Luckily they still had coffee, but only one size and it wasn’t good (but expensive). The staff in the coffeeshop also were pretty unfriendly.”

“We were very impressed with the hotel. Our room was spacious and clean. The only thing missing was a safe. The gal bartending Friday night was very personable and gave us great recommendations. The hotel location was great. It is located across the street from the South side entrance of the Mortgage Matchup Center for the Phoenix Suns games and walkable to many good restaurants and bars. ”

“The staff was courteous very helpful easy to talk to very helpful it was my very first time booking a hotel and the experience was nice the staff explained why the holding fee was high because I booked through third party they said please don't smoke in the room I don't smoke so that wasn't a issue but when I got to the room it smelled like who ever had the room before me was smoking it smelled like cigarettes other then that really quit place and convenient location ”
