“Front desk was very friendly and accommodating. Rooms were nice, quiet, and peaceful.
The restaurant food was solid and server was very kind. They do need to update the menu to the prices charged on the bill. Avocado toast on the menu was $15 but it waa $17 on the bill.

“this stay was super good, me and my partner stayed at this place for our first time in california together, it’s very small and cozy. we slept comfortably and had no issues with service or anything. staff was very helpful, not sure if there is staff on site but we mostly messaged our staff through the hotel itself and they were very quick at responding and very helpful!”
“The Hacienda Hotel is in incredible location if you’re visiting San Diego. It’s reasonably close to everything and the old town neighborhood itself is well worth visiting and spending some time. I think the hotel was a terrific value. Kids had a great time in the pool facility were clean and well maintained. I was really happy there.”
“This is a basic hotel/motel that is clean and comfortable. It is not fancy, but has just enough bells and whistles to make for an enjoyable stay. The pool and hot tub are an added bonus, and the two on-site restaurants are decent. We will be staying here again on our next trip to San Diego.”

“We enjoyed our stay at your hotel. The rooms are bright, clean and modern.
We had a good breakfast with lots of variety. The staff was always there to fill up and keep it clean.
The pool and the pool area where great.
We first planned 3 nights in a different hotel because of the parking fee.
But the other hotel was so messy and we felt unsafe so we went to this hotel and had a great time in San Diego.

The room was very comfortable and had all we needed, A fine restaurant and bar in the hotel. Clean heated pool and a nice garden with flowers all around. I give the best recommendation.”
