“This hotel is amazing i would really recommend it for families who love hiking in the mountains and having a perfectly relaxing spa hotel to retreat to before or after hiking. The kids room was also amazing and older kids have their own space to watch movies and play ping pong. Spa area is the main attraction of the hotel. “Nice atmosphere, nice and modern interior albeit in a thoughtful traditional way. Only thing that I and my colleagues whom also stayed think that needs to be improved is the ventilation of the rooms, it needs AC system. In summer it gets pretty “hot” in the rooms. Also I can’t remember seeing any info on booking site about my room having a very steep staircase. OK for me but not if you are having mobility issues.”

“They forgot to give our passports back. And when we checked out and payed for everything even then she didn’t notice the passports. Big mistake from a “4 star hotel”. So left in the car stressed and the trip was runned.”
