“This place is nicer than the pictures. The wood plank inside makes the place smell so nice. It's brand spanking new with amazing lighting and great views. And despite a previous review, the shower water is nice and hot! I recommend bringing your boat with you and reserve a slip so you can explore Vermilion. What a jewel and amazing opportunity to be able to visit Vermilion on the water. We will be coming back.”

“The boathouse is in a roof over marina that helped keep the heart down when sitting up on the deck. While many other boats, there wasn't many people coming and going. The inside was clean and efficient as one would expect s large boat to be. We only stayed one night but was very nice and within walking distance from downtown restaurants, etc”

“It is a yacht, but it is an older one. The second bedroom is a kitchen, no door. It was painted nicely, but old things have their challenges like sliding doors. Host answers all messages quickly. Address was a little hard to find, but parking was easy. The yacht cabin had no smell, but the bathroom and shower had a few issues.”
