“This was a great experience for us. The tent was spacious and comfy, the grounds were very clean and well groomed. Very impressed with the bathhouse. It too was spacious, very clean and well maintained. We loved the location as well, close to ziplines, UTV rentals, the Gorge Underground and gas/convenience store but still very quite and secluded. ”

“A bit unsure of the location of our tent as there was no one in the cabin at the property. The lady mowing the grass gave us the directions. As the grass was freshly cut it was impossible not to track it into the tent. The amenities in the tent were well thought out and we loved the colors. Enjoyed the outdoors, birds and rain storm that passed through. ”

“We loved the old time experience of staying in a wagon with modern upgrades. Def a must visit in South Texas. We plan to come by here to either stay in the wagon or rent an rv. I love how they have gas grills, smoker, & campfires, too. The gentleman who helped my husband and I take a Polaroid with our camera was very accommodating. ”

“What a wonderfull little place. It was just perfect. Private, quiet, just perfect. It was a birders paradise. There are trails to walk through the woods. Would definitely be great place in the fall or spring to see the bird migration. We got engaged on our last day before leaving out on the pier. It was perfect. “This spot is close to downtown Petoskey, yet far enough that you feel away from it all. We rented a canoe and did 5 miles down the Bear river, which brought us back to the camp site. Beautiful scenery and peaceful. The bathroom/shower house was clean and had plenty of hot water. Don't forget the bug spray, being close to the river did bring mosquitoes. We had a great anniversary weekend and would definitely return! ”
