"Great hotel! Hotels.com had not forwarded my reservation, so it took 20min to get it sorted out. Large suites and great lake view from the 23rd floor and up. Super comforting bed amd pillows!"

"My room was in unacceptable condition. The area under and around the radiator was covered in black mold, with visible damp spots on the carpet. The wall panels were broken and partially detached, exposing filthy insulation and dust buildup. It’s clear that this isn’t a recent issue — the mold and damage indicate long-term neglect and serious hygiene concerns. The air quality was poor, and the room didn’t feel safe to stay in. This hotel urgently needs a deep cleaning, mold remediation, and repair work before renting out these rooms. I do not recommend staying here until they address these issues. "

"Good location down town Chicago. Good for family with kids with a decent breakfast included in the price. Busy breakfast area though. Crowded and hectic. The inner open yard sounds like a swimmingpool hall. Bed sofa not very comfortable. "

"Great and nice security people. Bad cleaning 3 out of 4 days (towels looked dirty, half made bed, old plastic cup left on table etc). Tried to tip extra to get better cleaning, but no. When we did not tip, the cleaning was good, so probably we tipped wrong person. Tried breakfast in the bar, but waiting time was long and the serving was stopped in the kitchen at the same time we got to order. Interior in public areas are beautiful. Pool area nice, but really cold water. Good location. "
