“The overall accommodation was not great, but was kind of what I had expected. The main issue was with the check-in process. The motel claims that they had sent an email detailing the exact address of the office as well as the room number and the lock code to enter the room. Unfortunately, I did not receive that email from Expedia until the following morning. “Room was clean but there were stains on the fitted sheet and a pillow cover. Not a biggie, nothing a little bleach can't fix, but, still quite obvious. The bed was the best part of the experience, it was comfortable, huge and the pillows were supportive and not paper thin. The AC is a gangster. “No bedbugs noted, but dozens of roaches behind mini-fridge. The shower poorly plumbed. The parking lot is most a minefield of pot holes. Floor was laminate and relatively clean. Manager was kind, permitted me to park our 24' long RV under a security light. Spend $20 more and go elsewhere.”

“The staff at the Columbus Inn were really friendly and helpful. While the room met our needs, it appeared to be in need of some repairs. The toilet paper rack was coming loose from the wall. The hairdryer wouldn't turn on and was in need of cleaning. The TV and A/C worked fine, so we were thankful for those things. Overall, an adequate room with convenient entrance/exits to the parking lot. People were friendly, but our room needed some attention.”

“Ours was a very cozy, very small room; an old-school cabin vibe. Staff is remote, so if you have questions you need to access their iPad to speak with someone. There are cleaning staff daily but their customer service abilities are limited. For a short stay it was fine, but for longer next time I would look for more amenities on-site.”

“We stayed at Bay Motel because we were attending a Green Bay Packers game, and we absolutely loved it. The atmosphere at the motel - especially in the restaurant - was fantastic. It felt very friendly, full of Packers fans, beautifully decorated, and the food was amazing. We ate there twice a day, and every meal was tasty! The reception staff were super nice and very helpful.
