The wall panels were broken and partially detached, exposing filthy insulation and dust buildup. It’s clear that this isn’t a recent issue — the mold and damage indicate long-term neglect and serious hygiene concerns. The air quality was poor, and the room didn’t feel safe to stay in. This hotel urgently needs a deep cleaning, mold remediation, and repair work before renting out these rooms. I do not recommend staying here until they address these issues. "

"Good location down town Chicago. Good for family with kids with a decent breakfast included in the price. Busy breakfast area though. Crowded and hectic. The inner open yard sounds like a swimmingpool hall. Bed sofa not very comfortable. "
