“For the price I expected better. The room was much larger than other hotels, but nothing has been updated in decades. Thin towels, old bed spreads, no way to turn on the hot tub jets. They are making a killing having limited options near Capitol Reef. So it wasn’t “bad” just pricey for what you get. ”

“The manager was really nice and accommodating. I usually ask for a first floor room so that i can hear/see my motorcycle. The class of room i paid for was only available on the second floor. The manager was noce enough to move me to a different room on the first floor at no charge. The room was clean and had everything needed including shampoo (many budget rooms fo not). The only issue that i ran into was that i bought a pack of snack donuts and only consumed half of the pack. When i got up...

“Room clean but dated. Small TV. I could have sworn there was breakfast included when I booked the room.”

“The breakfast was basic but ok. The air conditioning unit was unbelievably loud and made horrible rattling noises so we had to turn it completely off to sleep. Fortunately, it wasn't too hot outside so we didn't struggle without air conditioning. The beds are very firm, so be aware of that. The room was spacious and the staff was friendly and helpful.”

“Down right disgusted with booking rooms online. Three times now I have been given a Quuen bed motel room. When i have reserved a king bed .Paid the king bed price and still have been given the queen bed.”
