“I can't say enough good things about this place and host. Easy check in and out, very clean, two AC units worked great, host responded promptly via message, and it was very reasonably priced.”

“Great experience.”

“Our stay in the Richfield home was excellent. The home was very clean and comfortable, and the big yard and large open basement room were fantastic for the kids. The home is well located to shopping and recreation in the area. We very much enjoyed our stay there and made a lot of new family memories.”

“Super easy and clean. Way way way better than a hotel. ”

“This home was cozy and relaxing. The windows frame tall trees and blue skies. I can’t think of a better place to wake up in the morning. The kitchen was well set up for travelers with a large center island that helped us to organize the stuff we brought with us.It’s a very livable little home. We were three people, a couple and one single person. We were very comfortable here. We visited Fremont Indian State Park today. We had breakfast at Big Bear Diner in Richfield with some relatives in the...

“Air hockey and ping pong were fun with the kids”

“We had a wonderful 4 nights stay. The Kitchen was fully stocked with all appliances, Keurig, waffle maker, toaster, crock-pot, pots and pans, etc, People also left spices, peanut butter, cooking oils, and extra items. It was very easy to make yourself feel at home!”

“Host is responsive, check in process was smooth, and an early check in request was kind of accommodated. However, the listing description is not accurate. For instance, while the listing is described as "private" you should expect to share the backyard with whomever resides downstairs and their dog. We woke to find a random black lab cruising around the backyard. The downstairs tenants seem to exit through the side door into the backyard, then out a gate which raises a real risk of your own dogs...

“The 2 bedroom house was cutely decorated and was 2 blocks to Kanosh Town Park where we were attending a family reunion. Kitchen and living room was a nice open floor plan. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other has a queen bed with a bunk that has a single on top and a queen on bottom. There were plenty of towels in bathroom and kitchen. Kitchen was decently stocked with dishes and some spices. We stayed 2 nights, slept and showered there, but didn't really cook...Just used microwave and...

“We had an outstanding stay at this hidden gem in Richfield, Utah. This historic home has been beautifully modernized while preserving its character and charm. The tasteful décor, period touches, and attention to detail made it feel both unique and incredibly comfortable. The home was absolutely immaculate and the perfect size for us retired SxS trail riders. A huge bonus was the ample parking — we easily accommodated three trucks, trailers, and side-by-sides, making it an ideal basecamp for our...
