We were looking for a wonderful place to spend much-needed time together as a family, and that is exactly what we got.The house is lovely, and so neat and clean - full of gorgeous antiques and comfortable places to curl up. “This is a great home. Old home that has been very tastefully redone. Love the old charm mixed with the modernization. Very clean, comfortable place. The beds are super comfy. We came to town to visit LU with our daughter (17) and son came along as well (13). We all were impressed with the house. The neighborhood is an older one where some of the homes have been redone and some are still needing some work. But it’s in a great location to downtown, LU , and some of the other colleges in the area...

One of the members of our group is handicapped so we were not able to go downstairs which we knew coming into the trip, but the upstairs was much much smaller than we thought it was going to be. “Worked out well for us as we were working nearby at North Anna Nuc plant. House was great. Not much infrastructure in the area really have to go to Fredericksburg for restaurants bars and shopping. Owner was very nice and very attentive and reachable. Would definitely stay again”
