“Fantastic service from the owners, they made us feel very welcome upon arrival. The beds were super comfortable and that was coupled with a great view. Lots of little details which added character to the room and gave it a homey feel such as small ornaments. The breakfast was lovely, a large selection of cold meats, pastries etc even though it was only us staying. Only a 10 minute drive to Newtown so it has everything you need.”

“Wonderful place to stay, excellent location, comfy bed and use of the kitchen was really helpful. The street is noisy at night so do bring earplugs but do not let this put you off staying at this fabulous property.”

“Lovely old house with large spacious rooms. We stayed 4 nights in Myfanwy which was traditionally decorated and had a very large bathroom with roll top bath and separate shower. Lovely views from the room and bathroom. Very clean and comfortable. Only issues would be the tiny television and absence of a cooked breakfast (it was continental only and and I couldn’t help thinking the pre-Covid choice would have made the stay more special) ”

“Om du letar efter ett rum ute på landet i Wales så stämmer detta på pricken. Under promenaden till puben hörde vi fåren bräka och fåglarna kvittra. Det var fint att kunna ta en kvällspromenad och titta in i en av tre kyrkor i byn innan vi gick till puben. Tyvärr var rummet fuktigt och det var inte bra för min astma... Men frukosten var god och värdinnan var trevlig. Puben Blue Bells var också väldigt trevlig!”
