“The wigwam was well-kitted out and had everything we needed. Once the heating was on, the cabin would get warm very quickly. We were sent arrival details with all the main information beforehand, which made the check-in process very easy. The only recommendation I would make would be to provide additional thicker bedding / pillows as one of the nights we came back was late, we weren’t able to have the heating on for very long because of it and the cabin was very cold as a result.”

“We got to the site about 8pm and had to go to the club house to get the key from a helpful local , opened the door and it smelt like a dirty hamster cage , the bedding was roled up in the centre of the bed amd i couldnt tell if it was clean or dirty , walked into the toilet amd there was poo all around the rim of the toilet and in the pan , the floor of the hut was all water damged and peeling up, we turned right around and walked out , in that part of wales driving im the dark to try and fimd a...

“No one in shop or office to report issues to, I txt the owner on Friday morning & they didn’t even open it until after we left on Saturday morning. No bathroom lights working, no outside light by hot tub and no covering over it to protect from weather/trees, so it was not used. No heating for night time so the hut was really cold, it was a good job I took extra bedding. ”

“The pictures of the property presented a cozy looking what it turned out to be was a drab, dirty and far from cozy place. The bedding was old, though seemed clean. The lights in the kitchen didn't work very well making the area dark. The show door handle was broken and there wasn't any hot water. The drainage from the show was slow that I had to turn the shower off midway through to let it drain to stop it from overflowing and flooding the room. I wasn't able to use the hotter due to the...

“Site manager fobbed me of 6 times to try and get the tv to work. No eating knives. Some dirty bed sheets. Hot tub not working My advice is avoid twin rivers”

“Host cancelled at 11 oclock on the day we were due to arrive due to an apparent electrical fault. Spoke initially and offered an alternative date which was no use as needed somewhere to stay that night for a reason.tuen didn't hear anything”
