“The AC was super loud so we had to turn it off to be able to sleep. Super comfortable beds though! ”

“Was clea, but the room they gave me smelled like an ashtray, when I called the desk to tell them they offered room deodorant instead of moving me. And the evening meals or soups is non existent. I was told the new owners have stopped that service even though its advertised online. The breakfast is prepared the night before and microwaved. So was a bit disappointed. “Clean and comfortable with great breakfast. Issue with connecting my device to the TV to stream shows. When I called front desk they gave me a number so I had to call the company (which wasn’t in service) which I felt was weird since I paid to stay there. Seemed a bit odd that it was an issue within my room/the hotel and the guest had to figure it out. I was told it ‘happens often’ so I asked why it wasn’t mentioned upon checking in then was told that it ‘doesn’t happen all the time’. Not a big...
