“Great stay to celebrate 3 birthdays. The creek was so nice, the beds were comfy, kitchen had everything we needed. The only improvement i would suggest is to have board games or other forms of entertainment, but that is a small thing! The trip was so lovely! ”

“Check-in was easy. Home was super nice. Many vacation rentals have burdensome requests around check-out, here they simply request we try to start a load if we had time. The property itself is high up the mountain with access to foot trails into the wild just outside. It was a treat to visit a property that you can tell the owners value as more than a rental.”

“A large main lodge and eight separate sleeping cabins (in paired duplexes) - this was great for giving everyone their own private space, and not having noise from the main house reach the sleeping spaces. This is out from the small town, and down a gravel road, so it feels nicely secluded. Great cooking spaces indoor and out, and space to gather in the lodge.The main drawbacks:- the cabins are up a fairly steep hill that wasn’t clear in the listing, so the far ones get extra steps in.- the...

“We absolutely loved our stay at Mountain Maison! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed, and then some. We really appreciated the little extras like kids’ snacks, juices, condiments in the fridge, and a lovely spa gift in the bathroom (everything this sleep deprived mom needed, esp those eye patches!).
