The Space:

This home features a bright, open-concept main level with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and comfortable living room—perfect for relaxing or spending time together. You’ll also find two bedrooms and two bathrooms on the main floor for added convenience.



Downstairs, the basement is set up as a dedicated game room, offering a fun space to unwind and enjoy activities for all ages.



Please note: there are approximately 4 steps leading up to the entrance of the apartment.



Guest Access:

Guests will have full, private access to the entire home, including the main level and basement game room.



The entrance is private and located at the front of the home. Please note there are a few steps leading up to the entry.



There are no shared spaces—everything is exclusively yours to enjoy during your stay.

Getting Around:

This home is conveniently located just a few blocks from downtown Centralia, making it easy to walk to local restaurants, bars, shops, and antique stores.



For exploring beyond downtown or nearby attractions, having a car is recommended. Free parking is available for guests.



Centralia is also accessible by train, with the Amtrak station located nearby—making it an easy trip from Seattle or Portland.



Other Things to Note:

This unit is the downstairs portion of a duplex, and there will likely be another Airbnb guest staying in the unit above. Please be mindful of noise during your stay.



Early Check-In Requests:

Early check-in may be available for $15 per hour, depending on availability. Our cleaning team often works until the standard 4:00 PM check-in time, so all requests must be approved and paid for by 8:00 PM the day before arrival. Available hours may vary.



Late Check-Out Requests:

Late check-out may be available for $15 per hour, depending on availability. Our cleaning team typically arrives at 11:00 AM, so all requests must be approved and paid for by 8:00 PM the day before departure. Available hours may vary.
