âThis year was my second stay at this hotel. The staff are wonderful! The rooms and location can't be beat. For a stay in a modern heritage building close to Old Quebec city, this hotel can't be beat. Oh ... did I mention the wonderful restaurant on the main floor? â
âThis was a great property and worked well for us. There is a check in process that was a bit tough to navigate since my email address had not been provided to the lofts by Expedia so I didnât have the code to enter. Was quickly resolved but better to know!â

âWow! What a great place to stay, especially for VIA Rail travelers like us. The suite was huge and almost seemed like it was intended to be an actual apartment. The full-size washer and dryer were an excellent plus for us since we had been on vacation for over a week.
The housekeeper was hanging out in the room when we got there, which was a little weird. We arrived at 3:53, so maybe thatâs on us.

âReally appreciated the convenient location - almost everything downtown was in walking distance. Great restaurants and bars all within minutes of the hotel. Hotel itself was cosy and clean - rooms not too big but that was expected being so close to the city centre. The only slight disappointment was l the information before entering the hotel. This hotel has no physical reception - it's all done online. This is not a problem in itself but i was constantly having to ask for information without it...
