âWe had an amazing stay, although too short! The smell when you walk into the lobby, is so pleasurable, calming not an aggressive smell. You should sell your fragrance !!
Staff when we arrived from valet to the reception to the restaurant were very nice, smiling and pleasant people.
We loved our room, the view!! Loved the shower heads and the smell of your products. Only aspect to improve are the pillows, those we had were not comfortable and it took 3 for my husband to have the good dimension...
âEverything was perfect, rooms were clean and bathrooms were all also very clean. Breakfast was great and free coffee 24*7 , very kid friendly.
Staff were very nice and polite.
This place was right next to major highway so very convenient to get to places.

âWow! What a great place to stay, especially for VIA Rail travelers like us. The suite was huge and almost seemed like it was intended to be an actual apartment. The full-size washer and dryer were an excellent plus for us since we had been on vacation for over a week.
The housekeeper was hanging out in the room when we got there, which was a little weird. We arrived at 3:53, so maybe thatâs on us.
Anyway, highly recommend! Les Lofts has properties all over town, and I have to think that they are...
âReally appreciated the convenient location - almost everything downtown was in walking distance. Great restaurants and bars all within minutes of the hotel. Hotel itself was cosy and clean - rooms not too big but that was expected being so close to the city centre. The only slight disappointment was l the information before entering the hotel. This hotel has no physical reception - it's all done online. This is not a problem in itself but i was constantly having to ask for information without it...
