“The room provided everything needed. Centrally located, felt safe. Owner very responsive. Was able to meet the housekeeping staff, Marianela was wonderful and went above and beyond. Upstairs deck area lovely. ”

“The ocean view was nice. I didn't realize that there's no beach there. The water comes up to the rocks that are against the foundation. The neighborhood is mixed, with a beautiful property on one side and an abandoned house on the other. The room itself was painted white with no decorations or pictures on the wall.”

“We absolutely loved staying at LoveSoulBeautiful in Luquillo. The area is very easy to walk around and find restaurants and shops. You can be at the beach in 30 seconds. It looked exactly like the pictures. Molly and Pedro are incredibly kind and had our unit stocked with coffee, teas, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, sugar scrub etc. I don't think I've ever enjoyed a place I've stayed more. ”

“We really enjoyed staying at Wydham Beach Resort. The room was so spacious and had extremely comfortable beds with luxurious sheets and pillows. The pools were amazing and last but not least the private hotel beach in conjunction with the pool area was so nice. The rainforest view from our balcony on the last floor was just breathtaking 😃👍”

“It was clean and the ladies were nice. The neighbors hood was not the quietest. My boyfriend and I are smoker but never smoked in the room I even clean the room and even threw away the trash the room was clean it didn’t smell nothing like cigarettes or weed but still got charge $75 a smoking fee, I know it’s all business but it’s not right. ”

“Severely overpriced. Stuffy room with smelly blankets. No way to air it out. Shower drain stopped up with previous guests' hair and that flooded the bathroom. The code for the pool didn't work and I had to call the mgt. for the new one. The corkscrew/bottle opener was broken. Over four nights there was no housekeeping. The "pool" is too small to do anything more than sit. Decor ugly. We had to keep calling for enough coffee pods.”

“Location - next door to kayak tours and great restaurants on the beach. Excellent service, they have everything you need, and get back to you on any questions promptly. Beds are more comfortable than what we had in San Juan. Clean and functional. Only negative - roosters crow at 4AM. Bring earplugs. If you’re looking to stay in the Fajardo area this is a great option!”

“Service. It’s clear everyone got the memo. David greeted us at the bell stand as we arrived and was ready to be helpful whenever we needed anything. Housekeeping was awesome, Jesus made the best Negronis at the Casa Grande bar. Breakfast staff, particularly Noel, were super friendly and helpful with local tips and suggestions - always a great way to start each day”

“We were very lucky with an incredible butler at The Villages in Timothy who took care of everything during our stay allowing us to relax. However, we were very disappointed in the water park not being open due to low water and none of the hot tubs working. We selected the resort for the water park. The location and view is paradise imagined and the resort is wonderfully designed. However, for the price per night I would expect the food to be better and for the place to have better up keep. ”

“Couldn’t have been better! Ruben and Jessica were exceptional hosts - very friendly, helpful on local ideas and almost always available via phone, text or just knocking. If you’re planning a beach trip, they have things to lend out - cooler, beach towels, etc. - if they have it, you can use it. Wish we had more days as Ruben’s breakfasts are top notch. The room and bed were comfy and you can't beat the views from the bedroom and off the balcony. Location is on the edge of the forest so lots of...
