“Bel hôtel, bien situé, réception h24. Chambre propre, confortable et pas bruyante. Le petit dej est compris dans le prix. Personnel sympathique. Je me suis sentie très à l’aise dans cet hôtel. Les moins: pas d eau chaude (c est le même pb partout à San Juan), l’eau est tiède, pas glacée mais tiède. Le wifi marche une fois sur deux. Sinon rien à dire Lis ”

“Stayed a night here together with my husband before traveling to the east coast of the island. The service was excellent and the hotel is located relatively close to the airport and has free parking. A complimentary breakfast can be had at a nearby café/restaurant. Will stay here again if I come back to San Juan. ”

They were very accommodating to meet my needs! The cleaning staff was extremely nice and very helpful. I would definitely book with Red Door Inn again. ”

“I had a great experience here. I just feel like I couldn’t use the outside tub because the leaves weren’t cleaned out and some of the vines in the outdoor area could’ve been cut down. But overall I still definitely recommend ”

“Our stay at La Esmeralda was absolutely wonderful. We spent 2 nights here and I loved the location to the airport and Old San Juan. It’s close to everything! The room was well kept with AC on when we arrived. Check in and Check out process was so efficient and easy. Even provided free secure private parking. There was a dog next door that barked at night.
