“The hotel was great and the staff was friendly but the nearest restaurant is not very close. The hotel has a bar with bar food but not much of a menu. The hotel was very nice and clean and the room was great. ”

“I don’t like how we were charged for parking.
Why do we have to pay for parking at the hotel parking lot? 10.00 a vehicle and I had two vehicles.
Why? That should have been included in the reservation. ”
“This is a great hotel. I’ve been staying at a whole bunch of different hotels over the past year and this is absolutely one of the best when it comes to service, room (I love the concrete floor in the room) and pool area.
Tip: avoid the Cartel coffee shop. At 10.30 on a Saturday they were already out of yoghurt, croissants etc. Luckily they still had coffee, but only one size and it wasn’t good (but expensive). The staff in the coffeeshop also were pretty unfriendly.”

As well as the communication as soon as we got into our room, they followed up to make sure everything was up to our needs and definitely fulfilled them.
