“We stayed at this hotel for one night, and unfortunately our experience was very disappointing. The problems started at check-in. The front desk staff was rude, and we had to wait about 40 minutes because of an issue in their system. We were exhausted after traveling and had a small child who was tired and ready to sleep. From the beginning, the hotel did not want to give us the room type we had booked through Expedia. The listing showed a room with a balcony, and that was the room I reserved....

“Have stayed here a couple of times. The rooms are clean, beds and pillows are comfy, balcony is nice, pool is nice, breakfast was decent. Rooms could use some maintenance, but overall a nice enjoyable stay.”

“No body soap. Good breakfast. Fitness center tiny with only one treadmill & room was hot from sun baking the room. BIGGEST ISSUE: The AC was inches from the bed & fan blowing air directly on us was awful. Also the bed was vibrating from the AC unit. Even if we turned the AC off we still felt vibration - probably from rooms/units above & below us. My husband moved to the couch. I stayed but was getting motion sickness from it. It was after midnight when we went to bed so didn’t want to see about...

“Took several pictures. Spa out of order. Gym out of order. Arrived and assigned room was not clean yet. No cleaning staff at night so no other room that matched ours. No spare rolling cots for smaller room. Smaller room reassigned to was also dirty (but not to same extent and tired of going up and down to bother the 1 and only staff onsite). Figured out what the smell was lingering in 2nd room and disposed of article. Don’t stay with your kids here. Parking was the only positive to report out.”
