“Nice hotel, friendly and helpful staff.
Room turned out to lack outside window though, seems this is quite common here in Mexico unless you pay big money. Disappointed, main reason for not giving 5 stars.
Hotel has a nice cafeteria and rooftop relaxing area. So general amenities are nice.”

“Las chicas de la recepción son muy amables y atentas, las habitaciones son muy acogedoras, la cama es muy cómoda, al igual que las almohadas. Me gustó mucho que contaran con plancha para la ropa, incluyen shampoo y jabón líquido tanto para cuerpo y manos. En cuanto a la ubicación, puede que desde el mapa se vea lejos, pero todo queda caminando y todo está muy cerca

“Clean, quiet, and comfortable rooms in a nice area of town. We enjoyed having the fully functional kitchen, large rooms, and the living & dining rooms. Perfect for a small family. ”

“The hotel is beautiful, the beds were super comfortable, we had 2 rooms and brought our dog. The staff was very welcoming and accommodating, hotel is only a few blocks away from the main plaza/zocalo. We can’t wait to be back.
