“This was our first time to visit Turks. So, we did lots and lots of research and searching for just the right property. We chose this unit because of its location within Grace Bay, its floor plan, and that it was a walkout to the beach. Our family of 5 fit wonderfully in the unit with lots of room to spare. The pictures dont do the property justice. There is a lot more space than the pictures suggest. The beds, linens and pillows were 5 star hotel quality. The kitchen was wonderfully...

“Property was great. We had a great time, loved having a kitchen and a washer dryer. Bed was comfy. Location was great loved being next to the pool and spa. We also loved that we could walk to the Mango reef restaurant they had amazing lobster. We brought a lot of our own food in our suitcase as the food is expensive.”

“We loved staying at the Calabash Suite and the RWI resort. Suite had excellent location on second floor in oceanfront building, with a nice covered balcony. We loved the corner location overlooking the beautiful grounds. It is nicely decorated with thoughtful amenities. The owner was great to deal with - very responsive. It made for a wonderful vacation at RWI!”

“The check-in process was a breeze and we were greeted with rum punch! The grounds are beautiful. Our villa 201 was fully stocked. Location! Location! Location! Walkable to plenty of shops and restaurants. The pool was nice and warm. They were plenty of loungers at the pool as well as the beach. Every single staff member was super friendly. We would, without question, stay here again!”

“From the start, Leigh welcomed my girlfriend and I with comfort and assurance. Her place is just amazing and I would highly recommend choosing this beautiful condo if you plan on coming to Turks. Most all excursions will come right to shore out front so you don't have to taxi anywhere. The waters have its own snorkeling and just a 20 min walk in either direction on the beach to other resturants. We will be coming back.”

“We enjoy our stay at this condo. It had all we needed for 2 adults and 2 kids (5y &10y). We rented a car and explored the island. Taylor Beach is hands down the best we ever seen. Shark Bite and Mango Reef were amazing restaurants within walking distance. Michael, the host, is the best we every experienced through VRBO. No question unanswered. AMAZING! Overall, Turks and Caicos are definitely worth to see and experience.”

“This condo in Villa Renaissance was spectacular! Beautiful inside and out, super close to the main part of town and all the restaurants, could walk out right onto the beach. We spent much time on the balcony overlooking Grace Beach and it's beauty. Comfy beds and awesome daily cleaning service. We would definitely want to stay here again! If you have 2 couples staying here, let them know and they will put the 2 twin beds in the second bedroom together before you arrive. Also, beautiful warm pool...

“Besides the construction, which I was saddened it blocked the sunset, overall the property was amazing. It had everything we needed and what we didn't have Tyler was sure to assist and try his best to accommodate. There were places to eat within walking distance with Somewhere onsite, it was average. The snorkeling was amazing and many activities within walking distance. Grace Bay was an inexpensive taxi ride and one day was enough. We would definitely return.”

“Even though we are on the side of the island that is away from the hussle and bussle of Queens Bay. It is the perfect area for private beaches with peace and quiet. Prepped (a must) taxi pickup and drop off the day before since we wanted to spend the entire day at Queens Bay, took about 30 mins with traffic. “LOVED this property overall, plus Dana & Scott are so responsive and helped with anything we needed. The beach where this property is located is one of the best beaches on the island, in my opinion. We also saw other folks coming back day after day to this beach, even though they were staying at other locations on the island.
