“My husband and I booked last minute for a quick getaway! The condo was clean and close to everything. We did rent a car to get around but you can walk to multiple restaurants and Smiths Reef from the condo. Great little spot to stay and explore what the island has to offer. Would definitely stay again! ”

“What a fantastic stay even though we had Hurricane Erin. This condo is top notch and absolutely everything is there—all stocked—more so than any other rental we’ve stayed at. We had 5 adults and a toddler, and the ease of getting outside, pool, hot tub, beach were A. Can’t wait to stay here again if we come back to Turks and Caicos. Hope it’s available. Would NOT change one thing. Perfection at its best. ”

“We had another amazing stay at the Villa Renaissance! We had an early flight, but were able to check in early, which was a nice bonus :) The apartment has been updated with new kitchen appliances, including a new fridge, dish washer and coffee maker. Great location with direct beach access. ”

“I was expecting at least 3 days supply of towels for a weeks stay. However they brought more on the 4th day. Limited kitchen dishes and pots however enough to make it through. DONT follow the Expedia GPS directions, lost for 2 hours. Property manager had to come get us. When we arrived the GPS said we still had more distance to go. Overall a good stay, would probably stay there again for the price. Outdoor amenities are awesome. ”

“The unit was great, nicely decorated and spacious for the 2 of us. Loved the deck, huge and well equipped. The grounds are beautiful, well kept up and clean. The pools are great too. Parking was no problem. The location is great, we had a rental car (a must) and were able to see every corner of the island no problem. Close to Bight beach area, and close to the marina with a few restaurants to choose from. We would absolutely stay here again. Loved it. Abbotsford, BC, Canada.”
