“Exceptional! Christiana checked us in and she was so sweet and welcoming. We were welcomed with tropical cocktails, followed by a tour around the property while are luggage was safely transported to our suite. Lila our beachside waiter was lovely. Reinis our waiter at breakfast every morning was so friendly and welcoming and provided a nice birthday surprise. I will definitely be returning. The property is beautiful and well-kept.”
“Most gorgeous beach I’ve ever been on. Lovely hotel and facilities. The reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is I think it fell short with simple amenities that are important to me. There was no water provided in the room and it cost $7 per bottle at the restaurant. The coffee in the room was de-caf only and we went to the desk to ask for some regular and they sent us to the restaurant for that also which cost $6 per cup. We would have liked to brew coffee in our room as a fully equipped room should...

“I absolutely loved my stay at Royal West Indies! The property is beautiful, lush, and so well maintained. Every staff member I interacted with was incredibly sweet, welcoming, and helpful, and the bartenders were fantastic - especially Gab! I was traveling solo and felt completely safe and comfortable throughout my stay.
The adults-only pool was gorgeous and such a nice place to relax when I wanted a little break from the beach.
My only suggestion would be to offer a simple breakfast option at...
“I wanna give them a 5 star super friendly staff but rooms feel outdated. AC is not working correct even if we tried to adjust and staff helped us to move to another room still same problem. Way to cold air blowing. No proper sleep and feel exhausted. Bed broke aswell and not comfertable. We had to take massage in order to feel relaxed.. food was Ok. But breakfast not worh it. Very poor and boring selection. Better to spend on local cafes / restaurant. Beach was good and clean.
