“Alexandra Resort has a cozy and contemporary feeling to it. Every employee we encountered was professional and personable. My husband and I relaxed and had an excellent time. When we wanted to mingle that had games and DJ events at night. Over all we enjoyed ourselves and will return. ”

“Ocean Club West var ett toppen hotell med super trevlig personal. Vi bodde i en stor lägenhet med fullt utrustat kök, sköna sängar och stor altan mitt på vackra Grace Bay stranden. Man kan låna kanoter, paddel board och cyklar utan kostnad samt åka shuttle till syster hotellet och fritt använda deras faciliteter. Man har närhet till restauranger, supermarket och shopping. ”

“Amazing stay at the shore club. Everything's was just as great as it ever gets with Amazing facilities, best possible service and high quality food. The restaurant was as I said amazing and the breakfast was the best I've ever had. Can't emphasis enough how great the resort is. We will for sure come back!”

“Beautiful property. As someone who vacations to Cancun and St.Thomas, the beach at the resort was just as if not more beautiful. The water is photoshop version blue and warm. The beach itself in terms of the sand is the deeper kind of sand so a bit tough to walk through but not rocky at all. The beach could be picked up better as there was some garbage around and things left on chairs multiple days. Pools and “lazy river” are great, the pool closest to the beach was way too warm but the other...

“The property, staff and accommodations were all excellent! It’s located on a beautiful part of the beach with free chairs, small table and umbrellas for guests next to their cabana restaurant and bar. Our whole stay was very relaxing. We had access to downtown via the shuttle to the sister property. The only downside was the shuttles air conditioning was broken and it was very hot.”

"I wanna give them a 5 star super friendly staff but rooms feel outdated. AC is not working correct even if we tried to adjust and staff helped us to move to another room still same problem. Way to cold air blowing. No proper sleep and feel exhausted. Bed broke aswell and not comfertable. We had to take massage in order to feel relaxed.. food was Ok. But breakfast not worh it. Very poor and boring selection. Better to spend on local cafes / restaurant. Beach was good and clean. "
