“My husband and I definitely enjoyed our stay. Rock was a most gracious host. Any questions we had, he was there to answer and he was able to provide any extras we needed. He also suggested places to eat and supermarkets close by, he had us covered. The house was clean, quiet and comfortable, not too far from anything on the island. We would most surely stay again on another visit. Thank you so much Rock for your hospitality!”
“We did a Thursday to Monday trip. It was very relaxing as it was a slow time in September. Room was clean and the Ocean view was amazing.
Most of the staff was nice some of them were not as energetic as others. Food at the jojo’s restaurant was good, fish was there. Beach was nice and well kept. We will definitely be back ”
“This property was clean!! I can emphasize enough how clean everything was. In my opinion, it was also very modern. I felt very comfortable sleeping each night, not only because there was 24hr security once the office closes, but the beds were soft, sheets were clean and we did not see one bug inside of our room the entire stay. Just for comparison we went over the the Ritz and had dinner - it felt cold and soulless compared to the Somerset which had amazing warm families, solid amenities, unparalleled size of units, great beach access, pools for all ages and more. Staff is amazing. Tell your friends just not too many. ”
“I wanna give them a 5 star super friendly staff but rooms feel outdated. AC is not working correct even if we tried to adjust and staff helped us to move to another room still same problem. Way to cold air blowing. No proper sleep and feel exhausted. Bed broke aswell and not comfertable. We had to take massage in order to feel relaxed.. food was Ok. But breakfast not worh it. Very poor and boring selection. Better to spend on local cafes / restaurant. Beach was good and clean.

“Detta hotell var mycket bättre än vi hade hoppats på. Rummen var moderna och fräscha, och kändes lyxiga. Ca 7–10 min promenad från stranden med staff som lämnade och hämtade oss med golfbil hela tiden. Poolen superfin med bra musik (afrobeats) om man föredrar det. Ca 20 min gångavstång till centrum med restauranger. Cyklar gratis att hyra för den som föredrar det. Sjukt trevlig och rolig personal!”

“The Sands was a lovely resort. Grace Bay is our favorite place in the world and The Sands is also conveniently located to the shopping area as well. We loved the pool facing the ocean and the restaurant on site was cute. However, I would not reserve a first floor Garden Suite again. We were disappointed in ours as the patio area was enclosed and there was no airflow. It was very hot and surrounded by foliage so felt a little claustrophobic. We asked to be moved to the second floor and the staff...
